This 12 week group for adult men and women offers a safe place to talk about the many struggles of anxiety and depression. This closed group allows individuals to develop deeper trust and vulnerability. We will provide a warm environment for you to talk about your feelings where you'll receive healthy coping skills to reduce symptoms and unhelpful behaviors.
