Therapy groups are an effective means of treatment. Clients are encouraged to think, asked to explore their feelings, and to make behavioral changes. Groups tend to be very powerful due to group members
ability to not only share common experiences, but to gain momentum through each others combined energy.
Group Size: The number of people in a group varies from 4-12 people depending on the type of group.
